My name is Michael. I'm 45 years old, and I have 2 kids. I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and Coronary Artery Disease. I've had 4 minor heart attacks, 1 major heart attack, and 1 stroke. My heart care team has told me I need to have Triple Bypass Open Heart Surgery on March 11th, 2025. I have been told it's a very difficult recovery, and I will definitely need help to do almost everything! I don't have anyone to help me or be with me during recovery. Recovery time is anywhere from 3-6 months. I can't work due to my conditions. I've been fighting to get Social Security Disability for almost 3 years and have been denied over and over. I'm looking for help to hire a home care nurse during my recovery. To help me get to the bathroom, help with medications and wound care since I will have my chest split open and sewn back up, to bathe, to cook food, etc. Please help, I know I can't do it on my own.
