Help Michael give Gage a chance

Hi, my name is Ellyssia. I'm trying to help Michael Mickelson raise the funds to help one of his best friends Gage. Micheal has such a love for his dogs. He adopted Gage from an Britney rescue years back. At that time they both need each other for the storms to come. Gage hss been there for every up and down Michael faced. Now Gage is sick and Michael is devastated. His first vet told him that surgery was not an option and he will need medication for the rest of his life or Michael can euthanize him.
