Hi there :),
My name is Michael Olufade, and I am currently a full-time student at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, pursuing my dream of securing a degree in Business. As my second academic session slowly winds down, I find myself in need of financial support to help me complete my studies.
Though with a prior academic background in medicine, I have been involved in various impactful projects, from helping graduating students transport their belongings back to their home countries to providing affordable clothing to students.
In 2019, I began working with a British start-up, collaborating on various projects with other start-ups that significantly benefited society. However, in 2022, the company shut down due to funding issues. Now, I am pursuing a Business degree to gain the knowledge and opportunities needed to continue creating impactful businesses and positively affecting lives.
Obtaining this degree is not just a means to a career, but a path to making a meaningful impact in the business world and my community. With the unforeseen financial challenges, a combination of the economic downturn in Nigeria, the rising living costs here in the Netherlands along with the difficulty to secure a well-paying job as a student, I am unable to cover my tuition fees for the entirety of the current session.
The funds raised through this campaign serve as the outstanding balance and will be directly applied to my tuition fees, ensuring I can continue my education without interruption. Your support will not only help me achieve my academic goals but also enable me to remain an ambassador for Wittenborg University, upholding the values and standards of this esteemed institution, particularly in line with Ethics.
I am as close to the finish line as can be, this means every contribution, no matter the size, pushes me closer to getting over it. I am immensely grateful for any support provided. Together, we can make a significant difference in my journey to becoming a business leader and to continue contributing significantly to society.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
With immense gratitude,
Michael Olufade
