"Hi everyone, my name is Michael C. Moore, and I'm reaching out in a time of unexpected need.

He’s one of the kindest, most hard-working people you could ever meet a devoted father of three and and a grandpa to three, a funny person who has spent his life bringing joy to others through his characterful playing and unstoppable energy. Now, after months of pain and uncertainty, he needs our help to get fully back on his feet.

He's scheduled to undergo an essential surgery on January 1st, 2026 to address a screw that is coming out of his ankle that has been affecting him for 35 yrs. While he is hopeful for a full recovery, his doctors have informed use that he will be out of work for a minimum of 7 weeks, possibly longer, during his recovery period.

Unfortunately, this extended absence means he will have a significant loss of income, making it challenging to keep up with his regular living expenses, on top of the inevitable medical bills. The stress of this financial uncertainty has been overwhelming as he trys to focus on healing.

We’re trying to raise 5,000 to cover the cost of this surgery, consultation fees, and essential aftercare. Without it my grandpa could be facing uncertainty, and lost work opportunities.

The funds raised here will be used to help cover crucial costs while he's unable to work, including:

*Medical expenses and co-pays

*Rent/mortgage payments and utilities

*Groceries and other basic living essentials

*Post-surgery physical therapy costs
