Hi everyone,

Our family is coming together to ask for help for one of the most important people in our lives—my uncle, Michael Brown.

Michael is currently battling interstitial lung disease, a progressive and terminal illness caused by an autoimmune disorder. The damage to his lungs has become severe, and he now depends on 5 liters of oxygen 24/7 just to breathe. At this point, his only chance at survival is a lung transplant.

About a year ago, we moved him to Arizona with hope that he would receive a transplant there. Unfortunately, that opportunity has fallen through, and now we are continuing the fight to find his next miracle. We are now looking toward Texas, where we are hopeful he can be placed on a transplant list and receive the lifesaving surgery he desperately needs.

We are asking for help to cover the costs of relocating Michael from Arizona to Texas, as well as housing for him and a full-time caregiver during this critical time. In addition, there will be ongoing medical expenses, including co-pays for medications and daily living costs as he recovers from this extremely complex surgery.

Michael is one of the strongest and most faithful people we know. His love for Jesus Christ is at the center of his life, and his faith has never wavered—even in the face of this illness. He continues to inspire everyone around him with his strength, positivity, and devotion.
