Hey,
This is Michael I. Haber, a fellow NYC performer in the worlds of Theater, Film, TV, and the Cabaret / Concert scene. These last 2 years have been the most overwhelming experience performing my debut solo cabaret act FACE THE MUSIC. Not only we've done 4 packed-house engagements at The Duplex, The Laurie Beechman Theatre, Rockwood Music Hall, and recently at The Green Room 42, me and my wonderful team & band were ALL nominated for multiple BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards both in 2022 and 2023. Of course, all of it came from hard work, dedication, and support from generous people like you.
2 years later, I'm currently working on my 2nd ever solo cabaret..... a full Holiday themed show!! This new show which will be entitled A HAPPY HABER HOLIDAY is going to be completely different vs. FACE THE MUSIC. With my all-female band, going to spread some festive cheer performing my own takes of some holiday favorites (Chanukah, Christmas, and more) along with some great stories of traditions, memories growing up on the holidays, and the true meaning which I always believe is the spirit of kindness, light, and joy to others.
To get my feet wet on this new show, this first run of A HAPPY HABER HOLIDAY will be done in the unplugged, acoustic, and candlelight vibe that I did during one of my FACE THE MUSIC shows.
Of course, to do my own cabaret, it costs money..... all donations in preparing for my new festive show will go in support of my creative team, my musicians, the venue, the technicians, studio rental for rehearsal, and so much more.
Ongoing expenses include fees for studio & venue rental, lights/sound technician, my photographer, post card and poster printing. Lots of dollars are spent to mount this show.
This new show will have its WORLD PREMIERE at the Red Eye NY on Sunday, December 15th, 2024 at 7pm. Tickets are available here....
