Our family is embarking on a profound journey. We invite you to be a part of this life-changing experience as I share the story of two incredible individuals.

On September 11, 1995 my brother Michael Pantazis took a leap of faith at the Chicago Bears football game with unwavering courage he jumped out of the stands and caught Kevin Butler’s ball after an extra point kick. A moment of triumph that he has cherish for 29 years. Now on September 11, 2024 my beloved brother a devoted husband and father of three wonderful children is preparing to take another leap of faith but this time it’s a fight for his life. Michael has been battling kidney disease for sometime despite his strength and resilience his condition has reached a critical point where a transplant is his only hope for a healthy fulfilling life. Michael will be undergoing a kidney transplant. Surgery is scheduled for 9am at Rush Hospital in Chicago Illinois. An extraordinary beautiful act of love and courage my amazing daughter Danielle Palmer has step forward to donate one of her kidney to save her uncles life. Her selflessness and bravery enbody the true meaning of family and sacrifice. Danielle a single mother of three has always been a beacon of strength and generosity at such a young age she is already a hero not only to us but to everyone who hears her story and her decision to give such a profound gift of life. Michael and Danielle are inspiring members of our community their unwavering spirit and positive attitude have touched countless lives. The upcoming transplant brings hope but it also comes with significant financial burdens medical expenses post surgery care and the time both Michael and Danielle will need to take off work to recover are just a few of the many costs that our family faces. We are reaching out to you our community of friends, family, and kindhearted strangers to ask for your support.
