Help Michael after Devastating Fire

Michael Martini is a wonderful and important presence within Montreal queer and theatre communities. He is an amazing friend. Last night a sudden house fire significantly destroyed his and his two roommates'(Chadia and Asaël) apartment, including all of his room, which is now inhabitable.  He was taken to the hospital for burns, but he is ok. However, basically none of his personal items are able to be salvaged. Years of work has been destroyed. He has almost no clothes or furniture. Michael, Chadia, and Asaël have found places to stay temporally, but need help to get back on their feet.

My name is Samantha Blake. I am an event organizer and media artist living in Montreal. Michael Martini is one of my best friends. I was the one who was there for him the night of this devastating fire. The funds will be used to replace the destroyed clothing, books, records, furniture, appliances, artwork, toiletries, food, IDs, and many other personal items. The funds will be used to find new housing for Michael, Chadia and Asaël (his roommates who are also affected).  Also, the funds will be used for counseling or other professional services.  I will be e-transfering the whole of the funds received to Michael's bank account.
