Help Micah and his family battle cancer

Hello, my name is Jon Schemanske. I have made this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother, Micah Schemanske, and his family - Grace, Larkyn (5), Gus (3), and Declan (1). Last year, Micah decided he wanted to focus his time on his children and give them a good childhood experience. He stepped away from his corporate job, sold his home, and the family moved into an RV and set off on an adventure together around the USA.

After some time of feeling ill, Micah went to the ER in Texas where they are staying last week. He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, which has spread to his liver and his lungs. He is considering his options at this point, but obviously the RV days are over. This coming weekend (12/9) his family will be flying home to MI from Texas and moving in with my wife and children and I. My brother and I are very close, as most of our friends and family know, and I'm so excited to have him back home - but my heart breaks for the circumstances.

You may be asking yourself - why am I making this GoFundMe? I am fully prepared to have my brother and his family here indefinitely they will always have a home here. I am humbly asking our family and friends to help me make sure Micah and his family have everything they need - both for any treatment and care that Micah needs, and also for his family's future, whatever the future brings. We are trusting God in this, that he will guide Micah in choosing his treatment and care and give us strength for what lies ahead.
