Greetings to all who may read this. My name is Michael Hayes and I live in Yuma, Arizona with my wife. One of my son's also lives here with his girlfriend and two children.

Last Monday, August 25th, my son Micah was admitted to the hospital with some very troubling symptoms which turned out to be a case of bacterial meningitis. He is still in the hospital and is improving but he has not been able to work during that time and it may be some weeks before he is again able to do so. Micah and his family will be needing whatever financial assistance they can attract over the next few weeks to take care of their immediate obligations. Unfortunately, Micah does not have medical insurance and other avenues are being explored for that situation but until he gets back on his feet he will be grateful for any help that others may offer. Micah is a dedicated artist and even makes his living doing what he loves as a tattooist alongside his other projects. We feel certain that Micah will get through this crisis in good time and I trust that those who can help out will find themselves greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your consideration.
