I'm Micah Huckabay and I'm seeking $500 to assist me paying for my critical medications, doctor's appointments, and labs. I am disabled and receive SSDI but it is not enough to cover all my basic needs, even with working part-time. I have bipolar I disorder with Schizo-affective disorder, and crippling Anxiety. In addition, I suffer from chronic pain in my cervical and lumbar back due to severe spinal stenosis. These conditions interfere with my attendance at work, often times resulting in calling out or having to leave early. I am on my last warning at work and need to make sure I'm stable to keep my job.
