Hi, my name is Lyssa and I am raising money so I can give my soul dog, my daughter, everything I have, Mia, a chance at a normal life. Mia is the most incredible animal I have ever met. She’s my soul animal that I saved from an abusive home when she was a puppy.

A few days ago, she started screaming in pain and would yelp at anyone touching her. We took her in, and the vet said it was an ear infection and sent us home. A day later, Mia vomited, could not walk, and was screaming miserably. We took her to the vet to find out not only does she have a bad infection that could possibly be a ruptured eardrum or mass, but the ER vet believes she also has a herniated neck disc which can only be seen through an MRI, which costs 5-6k. If she were to do surgery, that would be another 5-6k. I am not sure how much physical therapy will be but I am getting a second job so I’m hoping that I can have that portion covered.

Mia is such a sweet, kind soul that has never so much as bitten or hurt another animal. She loves connecting with people, and she’s changed my life in so many profound ways. PLEASE help my sweet little girl have a new lease on life and help her be able to walk and function normally. She’s all I have.
