Help Mia Run!
Donation protected
Until a week ago, Mia was a happy-go-lucky dog having been rescued from the streets of Tennessee about 6 years ago. Since then, she has been living her best life with her loving family in Western Massachusetts. One of her favorite activities was running and playing alongside other dogs in the woods near her home. Sadly, one wet and icy day, she took a sharp turn, slid on some mud, and seriously injured her leg. Now Mia is still a happy dog, but she can no longer run and frolic, instead limping gingerly everywhere she now ventures in her severely restricted world. Mia’s family has found a surgeon who can fix Mia’s leg. But they could use some financial help to meet the steep costs to make it happen. The cost of the surgery is over $9,000, including pre- and post-surgical care. Mia appreciates any and all help and looks forward to a swift and complete recovery. Her surgery will be on March 7. Financial contributions are appreciated. But so are prayers and well wishes.
