Hi, my name is Diana, and I’m reaching out to ask for help for my beloved dog, Mia.

Mia is a 12-year-old Golden Retriever who has been my loyal companion for many years — always by my side through thick and thin. Mia continues to offer comfort, joy, and unconditional love everyday but on Christmas Day, Mia suddenly became very ill. It was a terrifying and heartbreaking experience as I watched her struggle. Mia slowly started to eat and drink again, and she was able to stand up and walk around, showing signs of recovery. We thought she was out of the woods.

After taking Mia to the vet for blood tests and an ultrasound, we discovered that she has a large mass on her liver, measuring 64.8mm. While the doctors aren’t yet sure whether the mass is cancerous, one thing is certain: it must be removed as soon as possible to avoid any further complications.

Mia is acting more like her old self now—playful, loving, and full of energy—but the mass is still there, and we need to act quickly.

This is where we need your help. The cost of the surgery and aftercare is more than I can manage on my own. With estimates ranging from $12,000 to $19,000, depending on how well Mia responds during and after the procedure.
