Hello! Our family is going through a pretty scary moment with our family pet Mia. Mia is going through a medical emergency requiring emergency surgeries throughout the night and the vet will be keeping her a couple of days to ensure a full recovery. With the vet visit, surgery and after care/prescriptions we are facing a pretty hefty bill. Anyone that has met or knows Mia knows she is the greatest dog to any human being. Donations are never expected but are ALWAYS appreciated. Me, Sam, Hazel and Mia are more than thankful for anything donated.

Mia's favorite thing to do is walk the Cahokia mounds! Our plan we are praying for is a full recovery to hopefully one day be back to walk the trails. It truly breaks my heart this is happening—I wish I could say it's not, but life has its everyday curve balls. We are looking at a month of recovery for another check up to make sure all organs are functioning well. Thank you everyone, anything really does help.
