Mia Chewbecca was diagnosed with IMHA. This is Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia. The survival rate is 50-70% and life expectancy is several months to 2 years. Please help us continue to try to save her life. She is currently in McLendon Veterinary Hospital receiving care. Medications and blood transfusions are expensive, and I regret not having pet insurance. This has rapidly depleted funds. We rescued her three years ago, and I am begging for help to extend her life as long as possible. She is a precious girl whose first language is Spanish (now bilingual lol) with a huge underbite and a love to chase squeaky toys and play fetch.
