Help Mia and Her Family Through Treatment

Thank you for your continued prayers and support for Mia as she battles Leukemia.

mia recently underwent some tests that show the treatment she is receiving has been effective and she is now considered "in remission"!!!!!! Praise the Lord!!!!

Mia will continue to undergo treatment for the next several months. so we ask that you continue to pray for her and her family as they walk through this journey with her.

Her family would like to thank everyone for all their prayers and support. They are overwhelmed by all the encouragement and generosity they have received. They have been able to focus on Mia and her treatment and healing and for that they are so thankful.

For the past couple of weeks Mia had been experiencing some unusual symptoms , excessive tiredness, unexplained bruising and swollen lymph nodes, etc. After several days her and her family felt it best for her to get checked out at the hospital. That is when Mia was diagnosed with leukemia. She has been undergoing chemotherapy treatment and will be under observation for then next several weeks. As of 9/30 the reports back from the doctors are positive and show that treatment has been effective. Praise the Lord! While we are hopeful that this will continue to be the case, Mia still has a journey ahead of her.

We are here to help support Mia and her family during this season.

Funds raised will be given directly to the family to help cover costs of meals, transportation, medical treatment and any other items needed.

More than anything, we ask for prayers for Mia.Thank you.
