Help save "Mi Casita"

Last year due to COVID, I lost my job as a teacher. I'm a single mom of 2 little ones with no family in the US other than having really loving and caring friends around us.
After losing my job, I decided to start a little co-op/childcare with just a couple of families. That way I could have enough money to pay rent and some other bills and do what I love while offering affordable childcare to the community. This is how "Mi Casita" began. I invested in the house where I live to make it safe for the children and to have a peaceful environment where life felt as what we used to call "normal" before COVID.
Today my landlord told me that she has decided not to renew my lease and sell the house. I have until June 30th to buy this property for $99,000 or to move out.
I'm really worried because this time a move is not only relocating my family but also finding a place to continue with "Mi Casita", which as you can imagine is extremely challenging to find an affordable place to rent that is suitable for childcare and moving is an additional expense.
I usually don't ask for help and try to take care of everything by myself. But I think now I have to reach out to you for help. I figured if I could reach out to as many people as possible maybe I could make this work?
I can't get a loan because my income is so low, and due to losing my job I don't have enough time being considered self-employed.

Mi Casita is an Spanish immersion home childcare where we learn about nature, kindness, caring for others and also for our animals (chickens and bunnies). We have built a beautiful community with the 3 families and share with our elderly neighbors goods that we bake once a week and deliver to them to bring some joy.
Mi Casita is not only a unique, bilingual, child-led preschool, but is also my children's home.
Any help would be appreciated. I would be really sad to lose what I have built so far and start over. Being a full time mom, a full time teacher and the only adult in my household can be challenging at times, but so far I have been able to make it work. Today I'm reaching out for your help.
