The MHS Speech and Debate team was recently invited to compete at the Princeton University speech and debate tournament. Traditional fundraising has been particularly challenging this year, and participation is in severe jeopardy. I am asking as the former coach (NOT at the request of the school or current coach) for you to consider financial support of this amazing team and the incredible experience of attending this tournament. They need to raise $8000 VERY quickly. This money will provide 30-40 students the opportunity to compete and represent one of very few public schools in the country invited to this prestigious tournament.
