Hi, I'm the oldest of five sisters, and I'm doing this for my mother, who is struggling with financial strain as we are a low-income family. As first-generation college students, we are pursuing higher education out of passion and to create opportunities for ourselves and our families. We have two girls in college, and Metzy is going to be our next sister, attending SDSU in the Fall of 2025, studying Sociology. She has always been passionate about helping others and one day bringing change to her community. Even after financial aid and loans, we still have to pay out-of-pocket $2,000 per semester. We would appreciate any help we can get.
