My name is Eduardo Rodriguez Arriaga, and I am a Project Engineer based in Orlando, Florida. I have had the privilege of working closely with Mesheac Green, a field technician on the projects I manage, since early 2022.

Mesheac has been an essential member of our team, demonstrating skill, dedication, and leadership across several projects including grout mixing, ground improvement, earthwork, and geosynthetic tasks at various sites in the U.S. and Brazil. He has always stepped up to help the team and has been a key player in our success.

Recently, Mesheac’s family in Jamaica was severely impacted by Hurricane Melissa. While his wife and immediate family are safe, their home sustained significant damage; part of the roof was completely torn off, and they currently have no electricity. Mesheac is trying to provide urgent support to his family and others affected by the hurricane.

We are raising funds to help Mesheac assist his family with immediate needs such as food, shelter repairs, rebuilding supplies, and restoring essential utilities. The funds will be used specifically to:

Purchase food and clean water for Mesheac’s family and others in need

Repair or temporarily cover damaged sections of the home, including the roof

Restore electricity or provide alternative power sources if possible

Cover travel costs for Mesheac if needed to deliver supplies or assist in person

I will oversee the distribution of funds to ensure they are used exactly as described to support Mesheac and his family during this difficult time.
