Help Mert get back to rescuing animals. - SM Animal Rescue

Hello, my name is Mert. I’m 23 years old, currently a student in Turkey, and a huge animal lover. For the past three years, I’ve been running the SM Animal Rescue page on Instagram. During this time, I’ve saved over 80 animals from death and fed thousands of stray animals.

Almost all of this was possible thanks to your incredible support. But there were also many times I had to step in on my own using student loans, personal savings, and even my daily allowance to help animals in need.

Unfortunately, in recent times, all support has come to a complete stop. I am now in a position where I can no longer pay off the vet debts of the animals I’ve rescued, afford food for the strays I used to feed, or even cover my personal loan repayments.

As a result, I’ve had to stop all rescue activities and this has left me feeling completely disconnected from life. To change this, I started this fundraising campaign and am reaching out to you for your help.
