My name is Mersadeis Hawkins. I'm a single mom from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. On July 3, 2025, my newborn baby was wrongfully taken by the Coeur d'Alene Police Department and turned over to CPS. I am not able to disclose the full details at this time, but my baby was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. Through advocates, I have secured a legal team to help.
