Merri needs our help. My name is Kim, and I met Merri in June 2018 when she came all the way from the UK for a weeklong visit to Saveafox. She fell in love with Val and the others, and by 2019, she packed up her animal family and moved to Minnesota to be a full-time employee and then became assistant manager. You might know her from the rescue she founded, Marvellous Menagerie. The rescue specializes in neonatals, foxes, and cats. She works three jobs to make things work (Saveafox and two vet clinics). The clinics know she will take on the tough ones. The newest one is Mouse, who came into the clinic at 24 hours old.

All of her funds go to the rescue (vet bill alone is at 9k), which leaves nothing left for her own needs. Now, her personal cat Newt needs all of her teeth extracted. And to add insult to injury, now her ten-year-old Kia is getting its engine replaced. And since it’s in the shop for at least a couple of weeks, a rental car. (Which costs way more than I expected)
