My name is Taneka, and I am the owner of Meridian Medical & Associates, a female veteran-owned primary care clinic dedicated to providing quality care to our community. Our clinic specializes in wound care, weight loss, and supporting veterans who need help with compensation and pension examinations for their VA disability. I also perform pre- and post-deployment exams for our Reservist and National Guard troops, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve. My goal has always been to create a space where my patients feel safe and at home, and I am proud of the work we have done so far.

After years of serving patients in our current location, I have reached a point where I can no longer provide the level of care and comfort my patients need in our old space. I have found a new, safer location that will allow us to expand our services, better educate our patients, and continue building a supportive environment for veterans and the wider community. However, making this move and setting up the new clinic comes with significant costs for renovations and educational materials.

All of the funds raised will go directly toward moving into our new space, making necessary renovations, and purchasing educational materials to support our patients. As a Nurse Practitioner and a veteran, I am committed to professionalism and compassionate care.
