Help Meredith's Legal Battle & New Start

My name is Andrea. I am creating this on behalf of my best friend of 27 years, Meredith. Most of us have had a time (or 2) when life has just completely tried to break us. Right now I’m watching Meredith do her best to fight her way back out of a major hole as a single mom of 6! Meredith was the victim of sexual assault in September which resulted in a mental breakdown and a whole domino effect of hard thing after hard thing including having her 2 year old son taken from her for a time, losing her job, & a whole slew of legal battles.

Most recently she has been court ordered to immediately sell her home that she lives in with her children (she owns it with her ex who left her last year).

After years of abuse from her significant others & then being assaulted on a first date, Meredith hit rock bottom. She turned back to God & is fighting so hard to create stability for herself & her kids. This money is being raised to hopefully allow Meredith to hire legal help to fight the custody & legal battles she is facing in the aftermath of her sexual assault (she has been trying to represent herself & is getting bulldozed). It will also be used to help Meredith and her kids get settled into a new home after being displaced right before school starts. There are a million details we won’t get into here, but please just trust when I say that this mama could use our love and support & I’m confident she will use your money to continue bettering her life & getting to a place of stability!
