Help Memphis Students Run the Harbortown 5k

My name is Madalyn McClelland and I am a teacher at Memphis Rise Academy. This Spring, I will be working with a group of 50 students (6-12 grades) in order to prepare for the Harbortown 5k that will take place on May 30th, 2025. This is a 5k race on Mud Island in downtown Memphis. The last time our school participated in this race was 2019, so we are excited to be rejoining and with our biggest group of runners yet!

We have runners of all different levels practicing two times a week in order to prepare for this ambitious goal. In order to make this dream a reality, we are hoping to raise enough money to cover the cost of the race and transportation for our students. They have been working so hard already and I know they will be so proud on the day of the race. I would be so thankful if you would consider donating.
