Hey everyone,

My name is Memphis Fitzgerald. I’m reaching out because I really need some help right now. A few days ago, I was driving on the interstate in Woodstock going about 70 mph when a deer ran out in front of me. I hit it head-on, and my car took serious damage, the front bumper, hood, grill, radiator, and passenger side are all badly wrecked, along with some interior damage.

I was under the impression that my liability insurance would help cover the repairs, as I was never educated on the topic of insurance, but I found out the hard way that it doesn’t. I pay all my own bills and manage everything on my own, and my family is struggling financially right now, so there’s no backup option to fall on.

I use my car for everything, getting to school, going to Church (Passion City and Woodstock City (TLR)) work, piano shows/gigs, piano practice, grocery runs, and helping with hospital visits for a business I assist with. Without it, I’m really stuck.

I just need enough to help cover the repair costs and get the car running again so I can stay on top of my responsibilities. Anything helps, truly. Even sharing this means a lot.

I am working very hard to earn as much money back for myself as well working three jobs, however in my situation there is only so much I am able to do.
