Help Memorialize Jon Abshagen's Legacy

Dear friends and community,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved friend, husband, father, son and fellow community member of Durango, Jon Abshagen. He was unfortunately killed in a fly fishing accident in British Columbia earlier this week.

Jon’s kindness, humor, and joy for life has touched and lifted so many lives. As his wife and children navigate this unimaginably difficult time, this fund has been set up in his honor; so Lindsay, Aly and Will can memorialize Jon and his legacy in a meaningful way.

Any contribution, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated. A celebration of life is tentatively planned for Saturday, October 26th in his hometown of Durango, CO- stay tuned for more information to come.
