Anyone that has worked at Skid Row in the last 5 years definitely has worked with and probably knows Officer Melvin Segarra. Tragically, Melvin's Father suddenly passed away yesterday in Puerto Rico. It came out of no where. Any loss of family members is always a tough time. The financial aspects of it can definitely be a burden as well.
