Two weeks ago, I had an accident walking to my car after work and seriously injured my foot. Since then, life has been a whirlwind of doctor visits, bills, and worry. I need surgery to recover, and the costs are adding up quickly. My insurance takes a big chunk from my paycheck every month, but it barely covers anything, leaving me with huge out-of-pocket expenses. On top of that, I have to pay for medication and a bike I bought for transportation, which is now another bill I have to manage.

I’m reaching out because I’m scared about how much the surgery will cost and how I’ll manage everything on my own.
