Hello, we’re looking to raise money for a lawyer to help myself (melodi) Jason Marsh’s daughter to try and retrieve some of his belongings. (For his only grandchild) to prevent his (separated) wife from taking everything. They’ve been apart for almost 15 months now and she wanted nothing to do with him while he was alive. They were not legally divorced yet she’s been in possession of his belongings since his passing. We want his wishes to be fulfilled. Not doing this for material items, we’re doing it so the sentimental and personally belongings he wanted to pass on to those he loved(friends & family). Now that he’s passed she feels entitled to everything. The family has tried to be kind and trust in her words.
