My name is Melissa Zobell. I have had an extreme set of circumstances including recent domestic violence, impending divorce and now the potential loss of my home, relocation.

I am a top winning show breeder of dogs and this is a daunting task. I am involved in a serious court battle to keep my home and be able to continue my passion.

Fighting for my life, my home, my future. I need this to help pay atty fees and maintain things here at home while I fight this battle. What is happening to me is on the verge of criminal and must be stopped.

We bought this home on seller finance back in 2007. Due to my husbands medical debt we had declared a bankruptcy, we could not do traditional financing. We used my $45,000 inheritance from my grandmother and did seller financing, for 10yrs. The sellers told us they wanted to buy a new home and we attempted to get financing but due to medical debt and my husbands disability we could not get financing. Our son offered to get the loan for us with the agreement we paid him $10,000 and paid it off within a year, and he would sign over the title. The house is paid in full. I have maintained all maintenance, taxes, and paid the bank directly for the payments, until paid in full. He has refused to sign off and now with my volatile marriage (my husband is an alcoholic), my son is attempting to sell my home out from under me.

This is messy, embarrassing, and devastatingly stressful. Attys are not cheap or free. I desperately need help to fight this battle and save all I have worked for and paid for.
