I am raising funds for my cousin Michael Allen and his wife Melissa. On November 13th, Melissa suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm with a hemmorhagic bleed. She was taken by helicopter to the hospital, where she remains in critical condition. The brain swelling has gone down and she is no longer under heavy sedation, but she has yet to regain consciousness. Michael has been by her side throughout, sleeping in the hospital waiting room every night. The future medical bills they face are sure to be astronomical, not to mention the personal bills that will be hard to pay, as Michael is currently going without pay to stay by Melissa's side.
