With the heaviest of hearts I share the sad news that Patrick passed on Sunday 12/15.

Pat died suddenly from a very rare complication/condition called HLH. None of the specialists on his huge interdisciplinary team are sure how or why he got it. He left this earth surrounded by the love and prayer of his family.
