Please consider supporting our family through an extremely tough time in our lives. Mother, partner, daughter, sister and beloved friend Melissa has recently been admitted into the Neuro ICU at Wellstar Kennestone hospital after a series of seizures suffered Tuesday, September 2nd. While she continues to show subtle signs of improvement she still has yet to gain consciousness and her journey to recovery will take time. Anyone who knows Melissa knows how selfless, loving, and strong she is, continuously placing others before herself.

We are raising funds to help cover her rehabilitation, medical expenses, and any other costs related to her overall health. There is no amount to small - every donation, prayer, and message goes a long way in making a difference in Melissa’s eventual recovery. 10/3/2025 UPDATE

Melissa is still in the Neuro ICU. Although she has shown some signs of improvement, she is still not awake and able to communicate. We appreciate all the prayers, inquiries and donations as we continue to navigate through this very difficult time. Please keep the prayers and donations coming, as we join on one accord to help Melissa heal. We continue to believe and trust that God will do it! Thank you for your support.

11/7/2025 UPDATE

Melissa has been making small gains since settling in at the rehabilitation facility. She is starting to move her legs and arms a bit more and appears to be a bit more alert. While we are grateful to God for her progress, we realize she still has a long way to go on the road to recovery. We appreciate every prayer and donation as medical expenses continue to mount. Melissa continues to show moderate signs of improvement at the rehabilitation facility. She has become more alert and responsive over the past couple of weeks, however she still has a long road to recovery. We are so grateful to God for the progress she has made and believe that He will continue to lead her on the path to full recovery.
