Help Sailing Llamas Bring STEM-Inspired Baby Clothes to Life

Hello! I’m Melissa, the creator of Sailing Llamas. I came up with the idea a bit over a year ago while on maternity leave with my first child. While doing some online shopping, I struggled to find baby clothing that truly inspired me. So, I decided to start designing them myself. With little direction at the time, I was just making things I liked without a ton of thought. Now, another baby later, and I still find the same struggles. Finding baby and toddler clothing that is rooted in STEM/education and nutritional foods is a struggle, but I want to start my kids off as early as possible to be curious about our world and know what healthy things are. I also want to make a sports collection, a patriotic collection, nicknames/phrases, and a limited edition seasonal collection for my store. Currently, I am using a third-party POD company for product fulfillment. They have been great, but I feel I am seriously missing out on major parts of my company. I am looking to bring everything in-house; from design to printing to packaging and shipping. My company means a lot to me and raising the funds for the equipment needed is why I am starting this GoFundMe.
