I am organizing this fundraiser together with my son-in-law, Larry, for his mother Melissa and younger brother Josh.

On the morning of November 9, 2025, Melissa and Josh’s lives were torn apart when three men entered their home in Columbus, Ohio, and robbed them at gunpoint. Gunfire erupted inside the house, with bullets ripping through the living room and bedroom.

Josh, a senior in high school, was shot twice and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Their home was left completely destroyed — riddled with bullet holes and severe damage. Melissa lost nearly everything and cannot return home. She and their family have been by Josh’s side every day at the hospital while trying to figure out how to start over.
