Our dear friend Melissa and her dog Honey have had a very hard past week. Last Tuesday, Honey became extremely sick very suddenly. The vet ran about every test they can, did X-rays, sonograms and prescribed her six different meds. Three vet visits ( and counting) and thousands of dollars later, it looks like Honey is on the road to recovery but not out of the woods yet. She will be requiring follow up testing this week for some rare diseases.

Melissa got Honey in her second year of college and she’s been by her side since then and dog people understand you’ll do anything you can to save them, including missing work and draining your savings.

We are hoping to collect any donations you can spare to help ease the pain of Honey’s treatment and help Melissa who had to miss a week’s worth of shifts at her job.
