Help Melissa, Single Mom in Dire Medical Crises

Hello, My name is Jennifer Seifert and I am raising funds to help a friend in crisis. Melissa is a dear friend that is currently in the hospital with dire medical conditions. She was transported to Denver via ambulance early last week and has had to have 2 emergency surgeries and is looking at a long-term stay there. Melissa is a single mom and has a service based business in Granby that was hit hard by Covid. She has been able to make it through but is currently in a very difficult health battle and is facing being homeless at the end of Sept. While hospitalized and during her long recovery, her income will be very little. She needs funds to support her kiddos that are in the mountains without her, medical bills and housing costs. I talked to her on the phone and she could not stop crying and has very little hope or direction in her current crisis. This woman has an amazing heart and is so incredibly caring of her family and community and I just hope everyone can remember a time when they were in need and pay any goodwill they received forward. We will be grateful for every dollar and the funds will help her and her children directly.
