My name is Melissa, and I was diagnosed with Lyme disease back in 2001. I was on antibiotics for over a year. The doctors informed me that I was cured. What I have learned is that the mainstream medical community is vastly ignorant when it comes to this and many other diseases we are faced with as a society.

I need to seek 'fringe' medical help, which is all out of pocket and insanely expensive, which has led me here. I have been on disability since 2003. My hope is to raise enough money to go to The Stram Center in Delmar, NY, and begin my journey on actual healing.
