Help Melanie with rising COVID-19 medical bills

Hi All! My name is Ariell Alibasic, I am the oldest daughter of Melanie Alibasic. On May 14th 2021 our families living nightmare had just begun. I had just seen my Mother on Mother’s day and not even a week later she was admitted to Sarasota Memorial Hospital with severe COVID-19 Pneumonia. Our worst fears had come true. With the uncertainty of what would be our future, we tried to stay positive for my Mother who has already overcome hurdles in the past. My Mother has a suppressed immune system after battling breast cancer beginning in 2015 that lead to a double mastectomy. My Mother is a very strong lady, ask anyone that knows her. She beat cancers butt and has been free for 5 years now!

My Mother was in the ICU for 4 weeks battling her battle with COVID-19. With my Mother’s determination and support from family and friends over the weeks to get better, we are so thankful to say she is back home with us! We have a long road to recovery but are extremely happy she is home.

If that living nightmare wasn’t enough, we now face piling medical bills coming in from her treatments. We are trying our best to keep up with them and not stress her out but we need help. For any one that knows my Mother or met her once before they would know how kind, generous, and strong willed she is. Please help us with her rising medical costs for saving her life so she can still be with us. She is our families world!
