Help Melanie Stay In University to Pursue Astronomy!

Hello everyone! My name is Melanie Mathurin, and I am an international student at the University of Rochester, trying to pursue a degree in Physics and Astronomy! Unfortunately, I am having some issues paying my college fees for this upcoming year as the tuition has drastically increased. I tried reaching out to the financial aid office but they can only help so much!

I am one of the first persons to go to College in my family to pursue a science degree and my love for it is extremely strong. I am dedicated and hardworking with a strong passion for Astronomy. I would love to live my dream as working as an Astronomer and mostly making my family proud. I would hate to drop out of college because I can’t afford it right now, hence why I am asking for your help!

Please anything you have will be welcomed with appreciation. My family and I thank you for your help! And hopefully I will be able to stay at the University of Rochester.
