Our names are Christina, Kerri, and Jessie. We are raising funds on behalf of Melanie Sites. She started as an amazing coworker and quickly turned into a great friend. MawMaw Sites, as the children affectionately named her, is truly one of the most selfless, caring, and loving people we know. She has made a huge positive impact on so many coworkers, friends, and children over the years. Late this summer, Ms. Sites had to undergo an emergency surgery to remove her gallbladder. While in surgery, they discovered she has ovarian cancer. We are all absolutely devastated by this, but we are also ready to help her fight. She will be undergoing surgery and chemo over the next few months. Unfortunately, she will no longer be able to work. That is possibly one of the hardest parts of this for her because she loves what she does and "her kids." To try to help alleviate some of the burden for her, we wanted to start this page. We will also plan to post updates as they come available. If you are able to help at all, we truly appreciate it.
