Help Melanie Overcome Cancer and Heal

Hello Friends and Family,

On November 7, 2024, my best friend Melanie Eslava experienced abdominal pain that led her to the ER. After undergoing a series of diagnostic exams, she discovered that she had a significant 15 pound abdominal mass, which required immediate surgery. During the procedure, her ovaries, uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes, and appendix were removed, leading to a diagnosis of Clear Cell Ovarian Cancer.  

 

Fortunately, by the grace of God, the team of surgeons caught the cancer at an early stage. However, due to the rarity and aggressiveness of the cancer, Melanie will still need to undergo a series of chemotherapy treatments and possibly other therapies.  

 

Please join me in raising funds to help ease the financial burden of chemotherapy and hospital bills, allowing Melanie to focus on her health and recovery.  

 

Anyone who knows Melanie understands her incredible spirit; she is loving, selfless, and generous. She has always opened her home and welcomed anyone with kindness.
