Help Melanie and Her Kids Keep Their Home After Injury

My name is Melanie. I've got 3 young kids: a 9-year-old, a 7-year-old, and a 10-month-old. I'm a nurse, and I work PRN at The Home of the Innocents. I just severely broke my leg by falling down the stairs at my house because I slipped on the ice. I completely dislocated my foot, chipped a big piece off of my tibia, and snapped my fibula completely in half. I've got between 10 and 13 screws and 2 metal plates in my leg holding it all together. Still in a ton of pain now.

With me being PRN, I won't be able to receive any disability payments or any kind of support. And I cannot put weight on my leg for at least 8 weeks. I cannot lose our house that I just spent all of my savings on for me and my 3 beautiful children. I'm at a loss and not sure what to do.
