Our mother, our daughter, our friend, our aunt, our sister, our colleague.

Amelia, Mel, Mayang, Mellion, Auntie Mel, Tita, Daughter, Mum.

Anyone who knows our mum, knows she is strong-willed, kind, giving, and always finds the beauty in every little thing. Growing up, she always told us if we have the means to help someone, we should. If someone is hungry, we feed them. If they have nowhere to go, be that open door.

Our mum was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer on April 8th, 2025. She has chosen to pursue a natural and holistic path alongside chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery to treat her cancer.

She believes deeply in the power of the body to heal when given the right tools — she wants to support her immune system and overall well-being through naturopathic care, personalized nutrition plans, and integrative therapies. She wants to stay strong for us, her future family that continues to grow, and the beautiful life she still has so much left to live.

Over the next few months, she will be going through chemotherapy, in which she has taken a leave of absence from work to attend her sessions and endure the side effects of this treatment. However, these natural and supportive therapies are not covered by her insurance.
