Help Mekhi Get a Car for College & Work

Hi friends and family,

We’re so proud to celebrate Mekhi’s graduation from high school! As he gets ready to begin this exciting new chapter, we’re asking for your support to help him take a major step toward his future — by helping him get his first car.

Mekhi will be starting classes this fall at Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), with plans to transfer to the University of Pittsburgh to continue his studies. Alongside school, he’ll be working part-time to help support himself and build responsibility as a young adult.

Having reliable transportation will be essential for him to manage school, work, and life — especially as he juggles commuting to campus, clocking in at work, and staying involved in his community.

Instead of traditional gifts, we’re inviting those who feel moved to contribute whatever they can toward Mekhi’s car fund. Every gift — large or small — helps get him one step closer to his goals and shows him he’s got a village behind him.
