My name is Meghan, and I am reaching out for help as I work to rebuild a safe and stable life for myself and my daughters. After enduring years in a very abusive marriage, the challenges didn’t end with my divorce. The abuse continued, leading to the loss of my job and our home. When we sought refuge in a domestic violence shelter, my ex-husband took me back to court for custody and managed to get us removed from the shelter as well. This has left us in an incredibly vulnerable position, fighting to stay together and find stability.

Right now, I urgently need support to cover legal fees for an attorney, secure reliable transportation with a car, and ensure we have a roof over our heads while I search for employment. Every dollar raised will go directly toward keeping my daughters and me safe, together, and on the path to a brighter future.
