Help Megan stay above water with medical bills

Hi, I'm Max. The GoFundMe community rallied around me not too long ago after a major medical
diagnosis. I'm forever grateful and I'm hoping we can pay it forward to my little cousin, Megan.
Megan has had a helluva a few years. She's had freak accidents, a cross country move, a snakebite, divorce, the loss of many dearly close relatives and friends, and most recently she lost her father and her mother somewhat unexpectedly. In April she landed in the hospital with septic arthritis of her right knee. She was admitted, given massive doses of antibiotics and had surgery. Then more antibiotics and another surgery. Rinse and repeat. She got her final bill today. Her total stay came out to nearly 200k. But don't worry! That's not what she has to pay. Her portion (after negotiations) is only $47,516. So, that's completely doable, right? Megan has spent the last several years picking up the pieces left behind after life happens.
She's a single mom 80% of the time, she's clawed her way back to a reasonable credit score, and she's overwhelmed with utter grief from the loss of her mom less than a year ago. She needs a break. I don't expect all of her medical bills to be covered from this GoFundMe, but maybe we can help make it easier on her. She has plans, she has plans for her kids. She's been working hard to get to a good spot. It seems like it's one step forward, two steps back.
